I treat people not problems, and I honor symptoms for the fact
that they are drawing my attention to a cause. I then treat the
cause and the symptoms go away! - I know it sounds like a no-brainer
but all too often traditional treatments suppress symptoms so the
cause never gets addressed, so it has to keep recreating itself
in increasingly spectacular ways until it can no longer be ignored.
(often it is at this point that people finally get desperate
enough to ring me!)
I am all about self empowerment, I'm not interested in long,
drawn out treatments, or even long term clients. My goal is to
put you back on your path to health and happiness NOW, while at
the same time teaching you how to maintain it, so that you are
not reliant on anyone outside of yourself.
For example if you came to me because you wanted to be rid of
a particular stress you had around something in your life, I would
help you to clear that stress so that you could view the stressor
objectively. Often this only takes one session!
To put it simply; you walk in with the stress,
and you walk out without it.
The situation may remain the same but you would feel differently
about it, often causing the situation itself to change. I also
give you tools to ensure that you are able to continue handling
that situation, without stress, from then on.
You don't have to believe this is possible, I wouldn't have a
business if belief was a pre-requisite!
